WHY I'M SELLING:

This hasn't been an easy decision, because I LOVE this gorgeous home. The private waterfall & swimming hole is literally the most beautiful place I've seen in Costa Rica. It's been such a tranquil sanctuary for me, the perfect place to get away, work & create, enjoy the most profound deep rest, and be close to the beach.

So, whyyyy am I letting it go?! Because now that Rob & I are such a harmonious co-parenting unit, I want to be close to the kids and on the same property. I no longer want to run away and be alone in the jungle :) We've done a ton of work on our relationship (after getting divorced 3 years ago), and now we're building our 'Nest,' a home for the kids where everyone will have their own space. I'm excited to simplify life and invest more time & $ into our homestead in the mountains.

Right now the yurt is a nicely cash-flowing Airbnb, and there's a property management company helping with it. It does really well as an Airbnb because it's such a unique and romantic place!
